Making my Own Rainbows

I have been drooling over all the rainbow self-striping sock yarn available right now.  But...  I really shouldn't be buying any yarn right now.  Instead I decided to pick up an old project and try again.  I am making rainbow stripes using Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock in the Flames and Daffodil colorways.  I'm switching colors every two rows and I can already tell I should have gone up with three if not four rows before switching colors.  Next time!
