Yarn + Karma = Yarnma
So... When I ordered the yarn for the Norbertas and Sheldons I received the order twice but was only charged once. I called Knitpicks and they told me I had to ship it back to them. I told them no, they had to pay for shipping. The customer service rep told me they'd send a shipping label. That was almost a month ago.
The question is, do I call them again on Monday?
