a late night's work



I stayed up late (for me) canning 12 pints of Bartlett pears. Today I'm working on apple butter.

I took a class at Preserve (http://www.portlandpreserve.com/) last summer. I'm using memory and handouts from the class. Also, I took the class with a friend and I'm sort of using her for a reference too.
